Headwaters’ managing partner, Frank Lomax, Ph.D., P.E. has led the execution of hydrogen and synthesis gas plants at 35 worldwide sites. Prior to Headwaters, Frank was the Director of Chicago Bridge and Iron’s hydrogen purification business, and a founder and Chief Technology Officer of H2Gen Innovations, Inc. a specialist firm focused on steam reformer and PSA hydrogen production. Frank is an inventor on 41 issued U.S. patents related to hydrogen and synthesis gas applications.
Headwaters is a privately-held, New York Limited Liability Company located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. We execute the engineering for our plants in the United States and work with our approved fabrication and supply partners to conduct the maximum possible amount of fabrication in the United States, using quality materials and componentry sourced from the United States, Canada and the European Community.
