Headwaters Iron Works  operates from a 49,000 SF manufacturing plant co-located with our engineering offices in Ithaca, New York.  Specialized in manufacture of pressure vessels, boilers and process and compression modules for hydrogen and synthesis gas plants, Headwaters has the appropriate equipment and procedures to fabricate carbon, low alloy steel, stainless and superalloy process equipment to the special requirements of hydrogen and synthesis gas applications.

With a large laydown yard under the cranes, and another 3 acres of laydown yard at site, we can accommodate multi-module projects.
